Return Policy

At ORIA, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.

Return Process

  1. Email us with your order details and reason for the return.

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after your bank details are shared.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, ORIA will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other eligible returns, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount or borne by the customer.
